Dad Lunch Note #589

MONDAY, JANUARY 4, 2021

2020 was one for the history books. We all want to forget the pain and heartache that was last year. Like many people thought a year ago, I was convinced 2020 was “my year.” Things were starting to trend upward and I was starting to gain my confidence again.

Then it all fell apart. For all of us.

And every year at this time - like clockwork - we all want to be better people in the new year. But, in reality, we all simply want to be accepted for who we are...as we are...without revisions.
